Estia Health Retirement Village visit

We have a group of retirees from the Estia Health Retirement Village in Wattle Glen who would like to visit to watch what we do.
At this stage it looks like 6 or 7 plus a carer, and they would come for about an hour in a mini bus.
I have pencilled in Friday September 4 at 10.30 am and warned them it is somewhat subject to weather so we will decide a few days before if it’s on or if we postpone.
They aren’t asking for buddy box experiences, it just a general interest visit so the only organisation will be to try to encourage a good range of models to be flown and maybe we could put on some cake.
